Magi Sphere
A sturdy orb of highly compressed Celestial Energy, used by Shade as her main weapon in combat.
The orb typically floats by their user. It is mentally controlled and strikes its targets telekinetically.
Magic
A power system that is connected to the soul. It is also called Magick and Mystics, with its user typically called a Mage.
The use of Magic draws upon the energy produced by a being’s soul. As such, Magic is dependent on the strength and status of the soul; disrupted and weakened souls struggle to use Magic. The Magic Axiom is also required for Magic to be used.
Magic has a pink color theme and is part of the Aspect Trio. Its physical counterpart is Ki and its mental counterpart is Psionics.
Because Magic relies on the most complex aspect, there are many different types of Magic. While it is possible to use more than one type at a time, effective use of each type takes a long time to master. As such, most Mages only specialize in a single Magic type.

Despite its mystic properties, the use of Dragon Flame is not technically considered to be Magic. This is because using this energy does not require the Magic Axiom.
Magic Axiom
Mana
A pink-colored energy produced by the soul of a living being.
Mana is required to use Magic. Every living being has a reserve of mana held in their soul, and when Magic is used, the Mage taps into their mana reserve first. They then burn through their mana like fuel to produce their desired spells.
Mana does not typically exist in the tangible, physical world. Exposure to raw mana from another living being can destabilize a user’s own mana reserve, preventing the use of Magic for several minutes.
Mana Cloak
A type of hooded cloak that allows their user to tap into their mana.
Because mana is solely used to perform Magic, beings that lack the Magic Axiom are left with mana that has no purpose. Using a Mana Cloak would allow such beings to actually use their mana.
Mana Cloaks tap into their user’s reserve of mana, converting the energy to simply boost their stats—mainly attributes like their strength, speed, and durability. Mages can also use Mana Cloaks, but this is rare, since these cloaks would burn through their valuable resources much more quickly.
Max-Stress
A Stress Type that occurs when all three Atriums have an active Axiom.

The mind is the immaterial, experiential aspect that a being uses to interpret the world. It is a deeper and more complex aspect than the body, containing the thoughts, emotions, memories, and overall identity of a being, bridging the gap between the physical and the abstract.

Mythborns
Massive animalistic creatures that are immune to complete corruption by Red Gloom.
Mythborns are highly territorial beings, with a strong tendency to attack humans and even other Mythborns if they invade their perceived land.
Only a single member exists in each Mythborn species. Due to their powerful and majestic nature, they enthrall and command the animals that surround them, including Memorians.

Orichalcum Rod
A legendary rod composed of a durable yet malleable substance.
Inspired by Aquamarine, the rod has a baton-like upper half that can store energy. The user of the rod can also dematerialize into energy shots fired from the weapon.
The Orichalcum Rod is wielded by the leader of GearTerra, signifying command over the group as it is passed down from leader to leader.
Overseers
A team of axisguards that defined the Silver Age of Axisguards.
While the actions of the Overseers helped to stabilize the world after the discovery of Abandoned Sectors, their fading influence and popularity has led to the Bronze Age of Axisguards.

Plant Axiom
An Axiom that allows its user to create and control plants.
For plant beings, the Plant Axiom acts as a life force. This Axiom is what allows the being to control their own plant body. Without this Axiom, the plant being would no longer live.
Plasma Axiom
An Axiom that allows its user to create and control plasma.
The Plasma Axiom can be used to upgrade Axionite, being much more effective at doing so than a similar Axiom.

Protodrive Gem
Axionite that has been fed enough plasma to reach a Gem Level 1.
At this level, when a Protodrive Gem is fed a specific substance, the gem will react by storing a copy of the given substance inside of itself, stockpiling it to release later. The amount copied by the gem matches the amount that is given to it.
Protodrive Gems can only react to a single specific substance. This substance is determined when the Axionite first becomes an Protodrive Gem. The VERY FIRST substance that is fed to a new Protodrive Gem permanently locks in that substance, “saving” it as the substance it will always react to again in the future.
Provenance City
One of the largest cities in the world, host to a smaller population than the larger Fulcrum City.
Provenance City is well-known for containing the prestigious Provenance University.
Psionics
A power system that is connected to the mind. It is also called ESP and Second Sight, with its user typically called a Psychic.
The use of Psionics draws upon the energy produced by a being’s mind. As such, Psionics is dependent on the strength and status of the mind; intense emotional disruptions can limit Psionic potential. The Psychic Axiom is also required for Psionics to be used.
Psionics has a blue color theme and is part of the Aspect Trio. Its physical counterpart is Ki and its spiritual counterpart is Magic. As a mental art, Psionics is more complex than Ki but less complex than Magic.

A Stress Type that occurs when the Left Atrium is the only atrium with an active Axiom.

Red Gloom
A powerful “hyper-memory” toxin.
Physically, Red Gloom is a red viscous liquid that releases a strong red gas when exposed to air. This gaseous form has a strong citrus smell.
Red Gloom was originally created to combat memory-degenerative diseases. To remain effective, the substance was highly concentrated. However, this means that the proper dosage of Red Gloom is incredibly small: only a single drop. Any higher dosage may cause Gloom-Corruption.
Safe doses of Red Gloom are consumed in medical settings through red softgel capsules. These capsules contain mostly water with the drop of Red Gloom mixed into it.
